Return and Refund Policy
At Ever Young Organic, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligible Returns
You may return or exchange most items purchased from Ever Young Organic within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- In new and unused condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
Exceptions
We do not allow exchange or refund for open or damaged products. This includes products that have been:
- Opened or tampered with
- Used or worn
- Damaged in any way
If Product is Open or Damaged at Time of Delivery
If a product is open or damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the damaged product and provide you with a full refund.
Return Process
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at info@everyoung.in or https://everyoung.in/contact-us/ to obtain a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
- Follow the instructions given from helpline.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Additional Information
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Custom-made products
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy.
