Due to the nature of our digital services and training packages, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and the service has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable error in service delivery from our end. Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
